Returns & Exchanges
We hope you will love your KNOTWEAR order, but if for any reason you would like to return your item(s) they can be returned for exchange/refund in the form of store credits provided that the guidelines set out below are complied with.
- Please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org to authorise your return within 7 days of receipt of item(s). Kindly quote your order number, the item you wish to return and reason for return.
- Item(s) must be returned unworn and packaged as per the original order with all tags in place within 30 days from the date of receipt of item(s). All postal fees for returns are to be borne by the customer.
- Orders placed with store credits, promotional codes are not eligible for returns.
- Once we have processed your return, store credits will be issued and have no expiry.
- Any remaining store credits may be used in subsequent purchases and will be automatically applied at checkout.
EXCHANGE & SALE ITEMS
- You may only return the item(s) in an exchange for different size/colour or another item of the same price.
- Subject to stock availability, we are happy to exchange eligible items that are returned to us within the stipulated time frame. In cases where we are not able to provide an exchange, we will process the exchange as refund in the form of store credits.
- Kindly note that no refund, or exchange will be offered against sale purchases.
