As the world is fighting the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we hope you and your loved ones are coping well and that you are all safe and healthy during this difficult period. At KNOTWEAR, the biggest commitment is keeping our staffs, customers, and communities healthy.
Like you, we are constantly monitoring the latest news about COVID-19, and most recently, we are glad to know that Singapore, where KNOTWEAR is based, has moved into Phase 3 of the post-circuit breaker where most activities are relaxed.
However, we know you may have questions on what actions we are taking to keep our community, staffs and workplaces safe amidst COVID-19. While we currently do not have physical retail spaces, we ensure that employees whose jobs can be performed from home to continue doing so where possible and paying their prevailing salaries while doing our part at social distancing.
Our online store remains open for you 24/7, and we are committed to serving you and your essential needs. Our warehouse has also taken precautionary measures to ensure that we meet the standards of the World Health Organisation (WHO) and Ministry of Health (MOH) guidelines and recommendations to ensure our staff’s safety and yours.
What we are doing?
- We are constantly monitoring the latest updates on the COVID-19 situation closely from the WHO and MOH. We will continue to ensure safe management measures are in place in our workplace.
- We are also helping with prevention by distributing masks to our customers with every purchase, at no cost to them.
- We will provide monetary and emotional support to staff who may be diagnosed with the virus or are put under observation/quarantined.
