DOMESTIC SHIPPING
  • For orders over S$70, we offer complimentary delivery via Ninja Van or J&T Express to addresses within Singapore.
  • For orders under S$70, we offer complimentary trackable mode of delivery via Singpost. You have the option of topping up an additional S$2.50 for delivery via Ninja Van or J&T Express. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
  • We ship internationally using Singpost, Singapore’s postal service provider. All orders are trackable and delivered via registered international airmail. International shipping will be charged based on the weight of the item(s) and will be reflected accordingly at check out.
  • Kindly note that any additional duties and/or taxes shall be borne by the customer. These charges are to be paid in person when the item(s) are delivered.
RETURNS GUIDELINES
  • Please contact us by email enquiries@knotwear.sg to authorise your return within 7 days of receipt of item(s). Kindly quote your order number, the item you wish to return and reason for return.
  • Item(s) must be returned unworn and packaged as per the original order with all tags in place within 30 days from the date of receipt of item(s). All postal fees for returns are to be borne by the customer.
  • Orders placed with store credits, promotional codes are not eligible for returns.
  • Once we have processed your return, store credits will be issued to your account at knotwear.co. Store credits expire after one (1) year from the date of issue. 
  • Any remaining store credits may be used in subsequent purchases and will be automatically applied at checkout.
      EXCHANGE & SALE ITEMS
      • You may only return the item(s) in an exchange for different size/colour or another item of the same price.
      • Subject to stock availability, we are happy to exchange eligible items that are returned to us within the stipulated time frame. In cases where we are not able to provide an exchange, we will process the exchange as refund in the form of store credits.
      • Kindly note that no refund, or exchange will be offered against sale purchases. 
          Pre-loader
